Description

In WordPress version 6.7.2 I was able to add transparent images with a white coloured logo. In the recent version the image is empty but with the right dimensions.

Linux shared hosting
PHP all from 8.0+

I did a test with WordPress version 6.7.2 and the image upload valid
I updated WordPress to version 6.8.2 and the image is 'broken'. Tested on multiple websites. The original was still good but the other formats are all empty

This looks like it might be the same bug as #63338 and #63448...

@besite - can you attach the original image you are trying to upload?
