Separator block dots style not visible on Frontend

Description

Issue:
When the user adds a separator block and selects the "dots" style, it is visible on the Backend preview but not displayed on the Frontend

Steps to Reproduce:
1] Add a Separator block to the content.
2] Select the Dots style option for the separator block.
3] Verify that the separator with dots is visible in the Backend preview.
4] Publish or update the post/page.
5]Visit the corresponding page on the Frontend.

Actual Result:
When the user adds a separator block and selects the "dots" style, it is visible in the Backend preview but not displayed on the Frontend.

Expected Result:
When the user adds a separator block and selects the "dots" style, it should be visible and rendered consistently on both the Backend preview and the Frontend.

Prerequisite:
Theme: Twenty Twenty
WordPress Version: 6.8.2
System: MacBook Pro, macOS Sequoia Version 15.6
Browser: Chrome Version 140.0.7339.133 (Official Build) (x86_64)
