Description

This first came up from Matt in the core committers channel: https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C18723MQ8/p1757999549392979

The idea is that you can click on a commentor and be sent to a dedicated view where you can see all approved comments from them. This would make managing comments closer to discussion management where you can engage with and see the full scope of how someone interacts with your content.

As a front-end or wp-admin view?

Admin view already supports IP address filtering --

wp-admin/edit-comments.php?s=127.0.0.1&mode=detail

It'd be neat to add links there to allow for filtering based on email or authenticated user ID as well -- but the system will accept an email the same as an ip address in the search --

/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?s=admin%40localhost.com&mode=detail
