#6403 closed enhancement (fixed)

"Use the visual editor when writing" isn't quite accurate anymore

Now that we have dynamic switching between Visual/HTML editing, with cookie remembering of your last choice, this option is worded too strongly. Checking this box doesn't force you to use the visual editor, unchecking it just prevents you from using the visual editor. Maybe "Allow the visual editor when writing". Or, throw it on its head and invert the checkbox and call it "Disable the visual editor when writing."
