Description

I have over 250 commercial dotcom domains. I've set up WAMPserver for local development. Now I want to download WordPress. The instructions are to load wordpress.org and click Get WordPress. On that page the link Download WordPress [latest version] loads a Looks Like There's A Problem With This Site page which defaults to a This Page Doesn't Exist page. So clearly you guys in the Accessibility Team aren't functioning at all. My question is : will WordPress become available and how long will this take. How long do I have to wait. Or should I use another CMS. I'm taking this as a very clear instruction that WordPress is useless.

There were two issues:
