Description
When opening the WordPress.org pattern creation page at:
https://wordpress.org/patterns/new-pattern/
the editor fails to load and displays the message:
“The editor has encountered an unexpected error.”

When I create a new pattern and add a block, this error gets
This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

I was able to reproduce the issue.
The key point is that the error when the editor loaded was fixed, but the error occurs when inserting a block.
This issue has already been reported and appears to be a known issue. See: https://github.com/WordPress/pattern-directory/issues/729
The error we're currently experiencing is probably a different issue than the one this PR fixed, and we'll need to investigate this ticket again.
