Navigation block misaligned inside Site Editor iframe (block-editor-iframe__html) — menu appears pushed to center

When editing a Navigation Menu inside the Site Editor (Appearance → Editor → Navigation), the menu layout becomes severely misaligned inside the editor iframe (block-editor-iframe__html).
The navigation appears stuck at the center of the canvas instead of aligning normally at the top/left as expected.

This issue affects usability because the Navigation block becomes difficult to edit and appears “floating” with a large space above it.

This is by design, the editing canvas is vertically centered. It's not a bug, so I'll close the ticket.
