Missing option in Preferences Block Editor

'Include pre-publish checklist' was an option in the General tab on the Preferences modal window. But has been removed in the latest version. This option controls the Panel that appears when publishing a post. Since the option has been removed, this panel appears every time. You cant disable it. Even when using the checkbox that appears on the panel with which you should be able to disable it. But it aint working atm. (See image)

I do have tested the issue with latest WP 6.9, But I am not able to reproduce the same.

Also, I see the pre-publish checklist options in preferences --> general section.

Go ahead and close the thread. I was mistaken... there is no bug.
