Description

The current Playground PR comment GitHub Action states that "The Plugin and Theme Directories cannot be accessed within Playground", which is not the case anymore. We should remove this sentence.

This changeset removes the "Plugin and Theme Directories cannot be accessed within Playground" bullet point from the Playground Pull Request Comment GitHub Action, as it is not the case anymore.
