    33- My personal preference is to align it right, when centered the whole omnibar feels unbalanced to me, even more when functions/plugins add their UIs.
    4 - I understand the connection with the editor's, they belong to a different material.

    55- Eventually I can this CmdK absorbing more functions, cleaning some of the UIs (ie. New, Help, or a potential site switcher).
