Icon block padding makes the icon invisible

Description

When setting up a padding on Icon block, the icon image may become invisible (when pushed out of rendered SVG image edges).

I've logged an ​issue at Gutenberg plugin's GitHub repository. So, the complete explanation can be found there.

Logging a ticket here just in case as it is related to upcoming WordPress 7.0.
