Description

At least I think it's a misalignment. Doesn't it meant to have an even padding/margin to the top and bottom?

First, can we confirm whether this issue also occurs in previous versions? Also, do we know if it was introduced as part of the admin reskin project changes?

This issue was caused by a change in admin skin. See https://core.trac.wordpress.org/attachment/ticket/65062/revisions-ui.png
