Network-wide AI connector configuration

Description

There's a need for agencies, etc., to set up a network-wide AI connector. One to rule them all. When activated, per-site connectors could (should?) be hidden.

Removing trunk version as this is not going to be shipped with WP 7.0 but in the next releases.

Since this is an enhancement, there's no first version of WordPress this can be reproduced in. Removing trunk version.
