Implement Priority+ pattern for WordPress adminbar

When plugin add new menu items to the wordpress admin bar, it breaks the adminbar when resizing the window bellow a certain threshold.
It would be nice to implement the priority+ pattern (See ​https://github.com/jayfreestone/priority-plus) where elements that would wrap or overflow are collapsed into a separate submenu instead of breaking the adminbar.
