Admin Bar color does not match new brand color on frontend

Description

The WordPress admin bar displayed on the frontend is still using the old color instead of the updated new brand color.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to WordPress
  2. Visit the frontend of the site
  3. Observe the top admin bar color

Expected Result
The admin bar should use the new brand color consistently across the frontend.

Actual Result
The admin bar still shows the old/default color.

  • Theme: Twenty Twenty-Five
  • Browser: Chrome
  • PHP version: 8.2.23
  • Server: nginx/1.26.1
  • Environment type: Local

Additional Notes
This issue creates inconsistency with the updated branding/design system.
