WP 7 returns a 403 error when attempting to open a Formidable Forms entry in a new tab

Description
Using the latest version of Formidable Forms Pro we receive resumes from job seekers in pdf format. When using WP 6.9.4, we would open each entry in a new tab and then proceed to download teh resume. As soon as we updated to WP 7.0, we got a 403 error each time we attempted the same process. When we rolled back to 6.9.4, all returned to normal.

Formidable Forms Prois a commercial plugin which the volunteers maintaining WordPress don't have access to. Are you able to provide steps to reproduce the issue that don't involve it? If not, you are likely going to be best off reporting this issue to the Formidable Forms Pro team so they can update thier code.
