    1 This PR is intended to track the synchronization of Gutenberg and core, specifically the update of the Gutenberg reference, for the 7.1 release.
     1This ticket is for syncing the changes between `b5574edc8a952b2f1e528693761a97b1b3b580eb` (version `23.5.0` of the Gutenberg plugin) and the `23.6.0` release of the Gutenberg plugin into `wordpress-develop`, which is the final version that will be included in WordPress 7.1.
