This patch includes better labels for link target options in edit-link-form.php. Instead of showing three unfamiliar and highly technical options and then explaining one of them, this explains every option inline.

This is related to #6362, but is a very simple patch that can be easily integrated in 2.5.1.

It was tested with 2.5
