"Add New Category" > You do not have permission to do that."

I just installed WordPress 2.5. Whenever I try to add a new category, I get that bloody error. I haven't tried to post anything else because I have no desire if I can't even get categories to work.

What browser are you using?

Is this an upgrade or a new installation?

atheistminister, please try with all plugins disabled and using the default theme. Do you still encounter this issue?
