Aksimet plugin hast XHMTL bug - does not validate

Akismet plugin has a XHTML bug - does not validate (all realeases, long time ago).

Line 780 in version 2.5.1 should be:

Bug: I the original plugin there is a <div> after an opened <a> - this is not valid.

Akismet is a plugin, not core code. You will need to report this over at ​http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/, component Akismet.

Unfortunately it has been reported there, but doesnt look like it was ever touched.
