The admin style picker is now... ugly

Er, what happened to the color picker in trunk? The radio buttons look odd being on the right side and they aren't properly aligned. The whole thing is also now in a fieldset box which I thought we were trying to move away from.

It looked fine in 2.5.x IMO...

I concur. It now looks like ​this in Camino, ​this in Flock, ​this in Safari and ​this in Firefox.

All on Mac OS X 10.5.2.

Fieldsets with hidden legends were added for accessibility reasons. See #6859. We just need to get rid of the "#your-profile fieldset" stuff that is left over from 2.3.
