Relative URIs for images were not working correctly. They are now fixed.

Breaks some URIs. For example, from this page:

Links to photos look like this:

I went ahead and commited to get the other changes in though.

Tag suggest pops up over the title. Image preview thickbox isn't working. Photo tab is not selected when pressing a flickr page.
