Bug in translating the _Time

Description

Using the dutch translationfile (which worked fine for 1.2.2), it somehow doesn't translate the_Time() correctly anymore. (Almost) everything is translated correctly (admin area and months etc.) except when using the_Time(). As rboren stated in the wp-forum: "due to changes to the_time() and get_the_time()".

Rboren, it seems to be fixed with the latest nightly from 2005-01-20 I just downloaded. Dates are back to dutch as well as the rest. :) If you fixed this, thanks! Otherwise I hope you'll read this soon, so to save time for other bugs ;-)
