calendar counterpart of getarchives_where

Description

This patch adds hook to calendar, allowing SQL statement filter on it. The same thing has been done to wp_get_archives(), in the 'getarchives_where' hook. The attached patch can be applied on 2.2, 2.3, 2.5 and trunk.
