Description
A sentence in /wp-includes/version.php doesn't make too much sense. Attached is a minor fix.

I'm noticing a lot of my inline documentation is grammar prone. My theory is that if you provide enough information, someone with better mad grammar skillz will come along and change it to make sense.
I do wish someone with better grammar and writing ability would write the inline documentation.
