Tags should be actually added to the post when you click the "add" button

It's strange that when you press the "add" button to add a tag, it isn't actually added to the post. It is merely queued up, waiting for a save. That could be confusing to people, who are used to things like Flickr where "add" actually adds, asynchronously.

Thoughts?

Every other user-initiated function on that screen requires a Save or Publish to go live, and adding tags is no exception, at least for now.
