"Customize Header" page visual corrections [patch]

Description

I prepare patch which make this page a little bit nicer.
Advanced options are now under colorpicker buttons not "Update Header" button.

Patch tested on WordPress blog (latest rev.).

Kubrick should be updated to leverage the Custom Header feature. This would require an upgrade routine.
