Inbox dashboard widget not positioned properly in IE6

Description

The Inbox dashboard is overlapping the sidebar when viewed using IE6. I have gone restoring things to default setting so that no customisations are causing the problem but the issue remains. I have added a screenshot to make things clearer.

It seems to move around when you resize the screen too, even snapping into the correct position at times.

It seems that the Inbox is no longer included for 2.7 .
