Drafts - Publish On displays date/time of last save

Description
In the Publish area of a post, drafts start out with "Publish immediately". After clicking the Save button (or letting auto-save fire, switching to another page, and then coming back to edit the post), the Publish area now has the text: "Publish on: September 29, 2008 at 1:49 pm" with the date of the last save.
This date/time isn't used when you click Publish, but it is misleading.
