"Insert Media" broken in Dashboard QuickPress

Description

When clicking the "Insert Media" button in the Dashboard QuickPress, the Media tool does not load. Gets stuck on the loader (see attached screenshot).

Current svn status at time of reporting: r9225.

Most likely relates to r9219 (part of #7552).

Note: same "Insert Media" button works fine in the post and page editing screens.

Remove embed set of buttons, change Upload back to "Add Media:" since we don't have embed functions ready.

Note: QuickPress insert media now seems to be functional in r9277 (but see semi related #7946).
