Description

After you leave a new comment, you aren't redirected to the last page so that you comment actually shows up (if you have threading enabled).

I also liked how the paged comments plugin showed the last page at site.com/post/ rather than the first.

The option to show oldest or newest for cpage=1 would be nice.

Showing the first page is a really lame default. Opened #7927 to deal with that.

  • Resolution set to duplicate
  • Status changed from new to closed

#7927 will actually kill 2 birds with one stone -- if the latest comments are displayed by default, then the scroll-to-comment will work fine.
