If a top level menu item is more than one line, it looks really bad. See screenshots.

This is still not ideal, but don't think we can do much more to accommodate long top level titles in the menu. There are three options: cut them off, expand the menu or wrap them. It's up to the translators and plugins authors to be carefull about the length.
