In this ticket, we'll propose patches for 2.7 Admin CSS for Right To Left Languages.

First patch for 2.7. By Navid from Wordpress Persian Project.

A note about first patch:

• As Wordpress Team is still working on CSS files for IE, This patch is not IE-Compatible but looks fine in FF/Safari.

Some questions from Wordpress Developers:

• We added 4 png/gif and 2 CSS files. CSS files (wp-admin/css/farbtastic-rtl.css) and (wp-admin/css/plugin-install-rtl.css) are included in first patch. But images are not. Images have been attached seperately and must be placed in wp-admin/images folder.

The menu-arrows-rtl.gif is not needed, can use menu-arrows.gif and move it around with css. Leaving the ticket open as the write screen needs more work.

Navid is working on 2.7 RTL styles and updates here regularly every 3 days. As Wordpress Admin is still changing there would be more updates before 2.7 release.
