Description

The word count doesn't count standalone numbers as words. It sees the following as only having three words:

"one two three 4 5 6"

Change History (3)

Numbers are not considered words.

That does not make sense, and it is not consistent with word counters in every word processing program to date.

In this sentence, 50 and 24 should be considered words. You would say them if you read the sentence aloud.

"50 billion dollars in 24 months."

Marked as wontfix by a core developer and I agree that there are only 3 words in "one two three 4 5 6".

It's personal preference really.
