Description

The inline doc for register_uninstall_hook() says

The plugin, when using the 'uninstall.php' should always check for the WP_UNINSTALLING_PLUGINconstant, before executing.

but it's WP_UNINSTALL_PLUGIN

Sorry about that, I think it should be WP_UNINSTALLING_PLUGIN in the code.

For me no problem, then please change the constant name.
