Black & white icons in menu fun but not functional -- (rev. 9578)

I think icons are there to provide visual support to the verbal message conveyed by menu item names.

If at any time all but one turn to black & white, they cannot do this as well, especially at this size.

Icons have to fully justify the space they take! :-)

We have new icons being designed. This ticket is being closed because it does not provide any solution, just a complaint.
