Sorry, of course there's a link.php page. Are you then referring to the other box locations and not the "Save" box?

On the "Links > Add New" page all of the input boxes and text are larger than that of all other pages in the admin. In addition The "Save" button is styled differently and the background behind the button is black which it shouldn't be.
For link.php you need to click on "Links > Edit" and then click "edit" for one of the links. On this page all of the input boxes and text are larger than that of all other pages in the admin. In addition the Save, Delete and Visit buttons are not styled correctly nor are they placed correctly. In addition the background behind these buttons is again black.

Looks like the save box was handled but the input boxes and text for those input boxes is still larger than the rest of the admin. Not to mention that some of the text below the input boxes flows up into the input boxes.
See my attached screen cap.
I see that the "Save" box on the top right (on the link-add.php page) is slightly different from the Post and Page Adds. There is no link.php page - do you mean link-manager.php?
Other than that, everything else seems the same (to my eye).
Are there any other elements in particular that you see?
