Description
As this earlier ticket show there is no way right now to use any special characters in wp-mail. This includes main characters for Swedish which make this function unusable for Swedish users (probably others too). As is now "åäö" will break both subject and body text.
This would be very easy to patch! The Swedish community has been waiting for a patch quite a while now, and many of them considering changing software because of this.
