Description
Pressing tab to move from the post title to edit box in Opera is not working. It's re-focusing on the post title causing you to overwrite the title if you start typing without watching. Seems fine in IE.

(In [9784]) Fix tab button on the write screen in Opera, add tabindex to the menu, don't 'lock' the tab key between the title and the editor. Fixes #8197
