Background color on form-table gone...?

Description
I just updated my local copy of 2.7 from the svn and I've noticed that the background color on tables with the form-table class are gone. It used to be a light blue but now it's nothing. Is this intentional? I'm really hoping not because without the background color everything seems all cramped together. Before when it had the background color everything had some nice separation. What's the deal here?
