QuickPress colour bar alignment is off in IE7

Description

The blue bar of colour for QuickPress has crept out of alignment with the buttons. I think this has been a recent CSS change because I haven't noticed it being in the wrong place until probably the last 24 hrs.

Attached example.

Looks fine in Opera.

This was either fixed or was a stale file issue, it's gone now anyway.
