Make Says: a perametre

As a follow up to [9854] why not instead of the class make the perametre class_text with a default of "Says:" so that a template authour can use what ever they want.

I meant "says_text" as the parameter.

A template author can already use whatever they want just by passing a custom callback to wp_list_comments.
