Update Comments screen

On edit-comments.php, remove the Submitted column. Put the data in comment text column as intro to comment.

Submitted on [Date] at [time].

Where the submitted line can be generic gray text, but timestamp acts as permalink to comment on live blog. Alternately, line is gray text but on hover whole thing turns to blue link.

Make author column wider to reduce wrapping and cramped feeling.

Some people would prefer author column to be on left side. I think it might be kind of weird to have action links in middle column, but open to discussion.
