Add Update Profile button at top of screen, aligned right. Move button at bottom of screen to bottom right alignment. Trying to get all primary buttons to be similar place.

That would make the buttons different on the Profile screen. All buttons on the settings screens are bottom-left only. Perhaps we should change them all.

I would recommend leaving the Update Profile button on the left, and possibly moving some others to the left that are now currently on the right (like the Save button in the Quick Edit screens).

When working with a wide-screen monitor (1200x800 and up), entering data on the left side of the screen, then having to move the mouse all the way to right side of the screen just to click the button is a pain.

  • Milestone changed from 2.7 to 2.8

The standard we set in 2.7 was primary submit button to the right, secondary buttons to the left. Profile screen just got reverted when the styles were updated.

  • Milestone changed from 2.8 to Future Release

Punting to be evaluated in next development cycle due to time constraints.

  • Resolution set to worksforme

Stale ticket. Buttons on the Profile screen are consistent with the other admin screens.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
