Publish module buttons

There's still ambiguity with the revised buttons in Publish module on post editor screen. People are asking why you would preview a published post instead of viewing it, and where save has gone. There's a schism between unpublished changes on an already published post and the actual published post that has been made more confusing. Might need to address in 2.8 if not enough time now, but we should discuss before launch/RC1 in case we can resolve quickly.

Preview when editing is exactly the same as View Post, except it shows the yet unsaved changes. The front end menus, links etc. still work as usual. It is an improvement over View Post that requires the user to save/re-publish the post before any changes can be viewed.

  • Milestone changed from 2.7 to 2.8

Maybe it can be "Preview changes" ? I'm punting to 2.8 in any case.

#8976 presents two easy solutions to this problem. I'm closing this ticket in favor of that one.
