Quick Edit reaction to drafts on edit.php

If on edit.php, viewing All Posts, if you Quick Edit a draft and save the edit, it moves the draft to the top of the list because now the last modified time has changed. However, to user it looks like draft disappeared if they are lower on screen, since the row vanishes but the page stays at same position.

Return screen to top position on save so user can see the newly edited draft at top of list instead of thinking it disappeared.

Can't reproduce this. It shouldn't move any edited posts so it doesn't confuse the user. All edited posts are inserted back at their original location. Feel free to reopen as bug if that continues to happen.
