Custom Administration Menus Still Have a Colored Icon

Description

When plugins, such as WP-Postratings, add menus to the side-panel, they have a generic gear icon that is blue. This is the icon that was used in earlier revisions.

The image in question is located at ​wp-admin/images/generic.png. ​Take a look at the generic.png icon alongside the regular grey icons. As you can see, it really stands out.

The icon was changed in ​changeset 9960. I guess one of the devs can close this ticket now?
