Description
In the edit posts screen.
I have a post, it has zero approved comments, 1 pending comment.
The speech bubble icon is blue, that's good.
The number in the speech bubble is zero. That's bad, because when I hover it says "1 pending". The number in the speech bubble should reflect total comments, I think.

I like it as is with the number reflecting the approved comment count. Blue means there are pending comments. Hover shows how many.
