Comments must approve

Description

Some blogs and I have the problem, that many comments must approve by the admin, although the check by discussion settings is not checked. We don't know why that is. Plugins are deactivated and it's the same. Askimet said no spam, but we must approve it anyway.
I have seen that if the comment has a smiley I must approved it. If there is no smiley it's ok. But at other blogs it's not so.
If you need infomation just ask and you will get it.
ecki.de or blogwiese.de are some examples.

PS: Terrible english, I know ;)

  • Keywords changed from comments, approve to comments approve
  • Priority changed from high to normal
  • Resolution set to duplicate
  • Status changed from new to closed

See #8627

A workaround for right now would be to increase the number of links a comment can have before WordPress will hold it for moderation.

  • Keywords has-patch added

This is a followup to #8615. Currently query cache keys are un-parseable and they should be unified.
