Edit Media does not allow editing Link To field

Description

Upon uploading one can provide a "Link To" field which is used to control what is linked to when the media is displayed. The Edit Media page found at /wp-admin/media.php?action=edit&attachment_id= does not allow editing this crucial field.

Invalid imo. That would likely be due to the fact the media files can be inserted in several different posts.

The "Link to..." URL can be added when inserting the media into a post, but is not saved separately. It has 2 presets: link to the attachment page or link to the file.
